Before you book, the questions we always get.
Straight answers. Anything else, ask on the call.
Do I need my own licence?
You will operate under your own licence, and if you do not have one yet, that is normal: we take you through the whole process, which jurisdiction fits your markets, the company setup, the application and the paperwork, in parallel with the build so it does not delay your launch. We have taken brands through this before.
What does it cost?
One contract with a setup fee and an ongoing platform fee. No separate bills for CRM, support chat or affiliate software, because they are part of the platform. The intro call is for getting to know each other and your plans; the commercials follow once the scope is clear.
Are there add-ons or hidden fees?
No. CRM, live chat, affiliates, the back office, games and payments are all part of the one package. You pay a setup fee once and one platform fee that covers everything, and switching on the next feature does not change the price.
Do we have to run on your platform?
No. We can build your casino on our technology and hand it over to your team, code included, to run on your own infrastructure. Support, development and updates are add-ons you choose.
How long until my casino is live?
Two to three months from a signed agreement, in four steps: agreement, setup, testing, live. Licensing runs in parallel and can be the longer path, which is why we start it first.
How does the AI assistant handle our money and our players?
It reads your own figures and never invents them. Players appear to it only as aliases, never by name or email, and every change it prepares is a card your team confirms. Money and account actions stay off until you switch them on, and each one needs a typed check and a reason, both kept in the audit log. You set a monthly spending cap and can see usage at any time.
Who owns the player data?
You do. Players, balances, history and every business record sit in your casino, not with a marketing or platform supplier, and you can export them whenever you want.
What happens if we part ways?
You keep your players and your data. We hand over a full export in standard formats, and we agree a transition period so nothing stops abruptly.
Can you move us from our current platform?
Yes. We import players, balances, bonus states and affiliate history, keep your domain and run both platforms in parallel until you switch over.
Which countries can I target?
That is your choice and your licence. The platform blocks the countries you exclude, ships in 12 languages with more on request, and takes payment methods that fit each market. We advise on where to start.
Do you handle cards and local payment methods, or only crypto?
Both. The main coins and networks are built in, and we add others on request. Cards and local methods come through licensed payment partners, plugged into the same cashier, with the contracts in your name.
Can you build something specific for us?
Yes. The platform is ours end to end, so features, games and integrations that matter to your market can be built rather than bolted on. We scope them with you before launch or as you grow.
Will our casino look like your other brands?
No. Each brand gets its own design, built to your brief on the same platform, and we redesign it when your needs change. The screens on this page show one brand's look, not a template.
Who do we talk to when something breaks?
The people who run the platform. You get a direct line to the engineering team, not a ticket queue, and the same team watches the platform day and night.
See it runningbefore you decide.
