Who we are

This website is run by BTX Technologies s.r.o., Husinecká 903/10, 130 00 Prague 3, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 29483018. BTX Gaming is the trading name.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to btxgaming.com and to anyone who uses it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They cover the website only. Any platform, service or work that BTX Gaming provides to an operator is governed by the written agreement for it, not by these terms.

What the site is

The site describes the BTX platform and the services around it. It is information about what we offer, not an offer in itself, and nothing on it forms a contract between us. The figures on it describe what the platform has done for brands running on it; they are not a promise of what it will do for yours.

No gambling is offered, arranged or sold on this site.

Licences are the operator's

Running an online casino needs a licence in the markets it serves. Holding that licence, and complying with the laws that come with it, is the operator's responsibility. We can help with an application, as the site says, but nothing on the site is legal advice.

What belongs to whom

The text, design, screens, clips and the BTX name and mark on this site belong to BTX Gaming or to those who licensed them to us. You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content, or use the BTX name or mark, without our written permission.

The names and logos of games, studios, coins and payment methods shown on the site belong to their owners. They appear to show what the platform works with, not to claim any endorsement.

Using the site

Use the site for what it is for: reading about the platform and getting in touch. Do not try to break it, scrape it, overload it, or probe it or the systems behind it, and do not use the contact form to send anything unlawful, abusive or unsolicited. We may block access from any source that does.

Other sites

The booking page and some links lead to sites we do not run. Their terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty

We keep the site accurate and running, and we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will be available at every moment or free of errors, and what it describes can change without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, BTX Gaming is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or from relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on the site is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and the courts of the Czech Republic decide any dispute about them.
