The problem we had
We ran casinos the way most operators do: a platform from one supplier, a CRM from another, live chat, affiliates and payments from three more. Five contracts, five invoices, five copies of our players, and gaps between the systems that nobody owned.
What decided it was the risk. Any one of those suppliers could be breached, and it would have been our players exposed and our brand blamed. So in 2026 we founded BTX and built the platform we wanted to run our own casinos on, because nothing on the market came close.
What we brought in-house, and why
One piece at a time, we replaced the suppliers with our own. None of it was a compromise: each piece had to beat what it replaced before it went live on our casinos.
- CRM
- On the same data as the casino, so it sees the whole player journey, and we build the journeys the way we want them.
- Live chat
- No per-seat fees, and the player's profile beside every conversation.
- Affiliates
- On our own numbers, with commission structures we set.
- Crypto payments
- Built in. No processor takes a percentage of every transaction; the only cost is the network's own fee.
- Back office
- Live figures and every module in one place, so the team runs the casino from one screen.
- Player site
- Our design and our content, changed when we want, without a ticket to anyone.
- The assistant
- The newest piece. It answers from those same figures and prepares the work for the team to confirm.
Who builds it
- Built to serve millions of players
- 99.99% uptime across the live brands
- Every casino on its own deployment, with its data its own
The engineers came from big tech, and they built the platform for the two things an operator cannot compromise on: it has to scale, and it has to be secure. Each casino runs on its own deployment, built for the nights a big promotion brings everyone at once. And the platform keeps moving: what players ask for on the live brands goes into it for every brand.
What that means for you
You get the same platform our own casinos run on: the same release, on your own deployment, with your players yours.
See it runningbefore you decide.
